中央銀行總裁彭淮南昨（22）日於總統財經對策小組會議出示央行內部研究資料，指歐債對台灣的影響已擴及到實質面，台灣經濟明年將面臨「三低一高」的壓力，即出口、消費和投資可能下滑，但失業率恐會提高。
